Kate has made these beautiful flower using Aran weight organic cotton, when applicable such as the sunflower they are padded with recycled wadding, made from plastic bottles. The stems are supported by steel wire and in the case of the more heavy flower heads she has doubled the wire.

The flowers can be bent and shaped to suit.

Most of the flowers take about 4 hours to make, but the sunflowers take twice as long.

The flowers come tied together with an ivory ribbon. Kate made similar flowers for her wedding in March this year, she also made corsages/Buttonholes for the ladies in the wedding group. The bouquet is now on display, a permanent reminder of Kate & Keith’s wonderful wedding.

Care
Flowers can be hand washed in cold water, drip dry.
Wipe clean the pot with a damp cloth, but do not submerge in water.

Kate has securely locked the bent ends of the wires, but care should be taken if in the unlikely event they should poke out.
