TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please refer to the listing for care of your goods.

Most goods have fully tracked postage with Hermes.  Cards and very small items will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

Any customised goods cannot be cancelled or returned for a refund, however in all other cases you are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, excluding the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting me. Your refund will be paid within 30 days of me receiving the goods back. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the tapestry, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover the value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or misinformation supplied.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition. The purchaser is expected to cover the cost of return postage to me. 

In the event of a return of goods for a refund we do not refund the original (if applicable) or return postage paid.

Any damage must be reported immediately with photographic evidence.

All customs duty is paid by the customer
